Appointment requests made by phone, WhatsApp, or through this website are confirmed only once clinic staff respond with a date and time.
Please arrive five minutes before your slot. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may require rescheduling so that later patients are not delayed.
We ask for at least four hours' notice for a cancellation so the slot can be offered to another patient, particularly for longer implant or orthodontic appointments.
Every treatment plan is issued with a written estimate before work begins. Estimates remain valid for 60 days and may change only if clinical findings change, in which case we will discuss it with you first.
Payment is due at the completion of each stage unless an EMI arrangement has been agreed in writing.
